Delete Your Account

Applies to the Coach Mladen app by Coach Mladen

You can permanently delete your Coach Mladen account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Coach Mladen app and sign in.
Go to More → Delete Account.
Confirm the warning and type DELETE.

Your account is deleted immediately, and your coach is notified that you left.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@dalgora.com from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 days, confirming by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, and sign-in credentials
Workout history, logs, and assigned programs
Body metrics, sleep logs, and measurements
Progress photos and your avatar
Onboarding answers, including health information
Nutrition plans assigned to you
Your connection to your coach

All of the above is removed from our live systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the backup rotation cycle within 30 days. We retain data only where the law requires it.
