Privacy Policy

The Service is operated by Coach Mladen (“we”, “us”). The Service is a coaching platform that connects trainers and athletes for workout programming, scheduling, nutrition, and progress tracking. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at privacy@dalgora.com.

We collect only the information needed to provide the coaching Service:

• Account & profile: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and any optional profile details you add — phone number, date of birth, bio, profile photo, social media handles, and (for trainers) your specialties.
• Training & health data you provide: workouts assigned to or logged by you (sets, reps, weights, effort/RPE, notes), body metrics (e.g. weight, body-fat percentage, measurements), sleep logs, progress photos, check-ins, and nutrition plans.
• Heart-rate data: if you connect a compatible heart-rate monitor, we collect heart-rate readings recorded during your workouts to show in-session and post-session analytics.
• Technical data: authentication tokens to keep you signed in. We do not collect your location, and the app does not send push notifications or use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

• To provide and operate the Service — create your account and authenticate you.
• To enable coaching: let your trainer build, assign, and adjust your workouts and nutrition, and let you log and review your training and progress.
• To display your stats, history, and analytics back to you.
• To send push notifications you have opted into.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• With your trainer/athletes: if you are an athlete, the trainer you are connected to can see the training, progress, and related data you share through the Service so they can coach you. If you are a trainer, your connected athletes can see the workouts and plans you assign them.
• Service providers: we host the Service on third-party server infrastructure that processes data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access tokens are stored hashed. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly in the app (More → Delete Account) — deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email instead — see Delete Your Account or contact privacy@dalgora.com. On deletion, your account and the personal data associated with it are removed from our live systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@dalgora.com.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
